Lets be real here-I get up at 5:30 am 5 days a week and the last thing I want to have to worry about is my hair at that hour. When my alarm goes off, opening my eyes is difficult enough so to think about styling my hair in a special way sounds like performing brain surgery. I certainly don't want to look like a bum, so I have my go-to styles that take less than 5 minutes of my morning routine time and still allow me to look presentable for my students.
A ballet bun allows my inner russian girl to shine through (ha ha)! I teach about 16 barre classes a week and there is no better hairstyle than a bun to make me feel like a true "bun head." It is such a clean and professional look. All I have to do is twist my hair on top of my head and put a hair tye around it and then ta-da! It works even better with wet hair!
Some of my dear friends have been coming to take my class every Tuesday and Thursday morning. Here we are showing our "guns!" Did you notice my bun?! ;)
A side pony tail/and or braid is always boho chic. I am a true boho chic gal and there is nothing earthier and beautifully effortless than your hair tossed to the side. Allow some wispy's to fly down across the side of your face. This style is perfect for the fall and winter because throwing an adorable hat over this look is perfection.
