PBJ SMOOTH MOVE (via Food, I Love You)
1 C. low-fat, plain kefir
½ frozen banana
½ C. fresh strawberries, hulled
1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
1 tsp. local honey
(Add some whey protein if you're feeling adventurous!)
Blend it all up! Get your drink on!
